She admitted that it had been a long, arduous journey. It took her a few years to get back into the body she was in during her college days. She has been struggling with weight loss for several years. Her before and after pictures show a notable weight difference.
Most importantly, the Summer House star focused on making small changes to her routine that increased her confidence and helped her maintain a positive attitude. She successfully lost weight and became perfectly fit as a result of her hard work and dedication. Batula attributes her weight loss to intermittent fasting, Bulletproof coffee, and eliminating all sugar and carbs from her diet. She also shared a few helpful tips, such as giving in to cravings in small doses so you don't overindulge and not counting calories, instead focusing on eating a lot of protein and vegetables.
The 30-year-old artist's main inspiration for losing weight was a desire to regain her earlier weight. She was uncomfortable with her weight while she was a member of the Winter House. During her undergraduate years, it took her a few years to regain her former body. She did, however, note that she couldn't pinpoint when it started.
She admitted that it is still a work in progress and will be for the rest of her life. Batula apprehends that number may seem large in comparison to how she appeared at the time she wasn't huge but she gained weight very evenly and carried it in her face. According to US Magazine, she had to buy a new wardrobe because she couldn't fit into her old ones that year.
The social media star also said it wasn't easy to lose weight, but it felt rewarding to reach a healthier place. She struck a balance between her professional and personal lives and has maintained her flawless body shape throughout her journey. Amanda believes in healthy eating and exercise but does not follow a strict workout regime. She enjoys being physically active. She works out every morning and exercises five days a week. Moreover, the senior graphic designer has been varying her workouts based on what her body allows. Her training routine initially consisted of yoga and dance moves.

She is a firm believer in the benefits of on-the-go fitness. She exercises first thing in the morning, and when she is unable to exercise, she moves the body parts that benefit the most from exercises, such as the abs, thighs, and arms.
In addition, her daily workout drill includes the following activities: 15 minutes of warming up. The warmup also contains poses for the shoulders and abs. 30-minute Energizer Circuit Workout. Amanda also does yoga and track running. Her favorite workout, as previously stated, is yoga with a dancer's touch to make it more pleasant.
