Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff look drastically different before plastic surgery. Their chiseled jaw, high cheekbones, and piercing eyes were especially noticeable. Igor and Grichka had long locks and beautiful features at the time. It is assumed that they had no cosmetic procedures on their faces during their time at Temps X in the 1980s.

Excessive plastic surgery by celebrities or those seeking fame through it - such as human Barbies - is becoming more common. Obsessive surgery is on the rise, whether due to Hollywood-style pressure to look young or something darker in the person's psychology. Two more tragic examples are the late French TV stars, Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff.

The identical twins appeared to be twinning themselves with dueling plastic surgeries. They were famous in France, thanks in part to their unusual facial features. The brothers were well-known outside of France for their appearance in a viral cryptocurrency meme. Their fans are still wondering about their transformation and how they looked before plastic surgery. Well here is what we have covered.

In the earlier episodes, we checked up on Blac Chyna's and Camila Morrone's plastic surgery stories.

Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff Before Plastic Surgery: Their Chiseled Jaw, High Cheekbones, and Piercing Eyes Were Especially Noticeable Before Surgery

Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff look drastically different before plastic surgery. The twins looked very different when they first started presenting their science fiction primetime series. It is assumed that they had no cosmetic procedures on their faces during their time at Temps X in the 1980s. Igor and Grichka had long locks and beautiful features at the time. Their chiseled jaw, high cheekbones, and piercing eyes were especially noticeable before plastic surgery.

Grichka Bogdanoff is well-known for faking his plastic surgery, particularly implants, more than any other act in his life. His face was distorted, which literally means that he went from being a handsome guy to a man with strange facial features.

Grichka's face was symmetrical, with a pointed chin, but this did not improve his appearance. Rather, his face was comparable to the English alphabet, V. Not only did his face shape change but so did his cheeks. Bogdanoff's cheeks bounced off the ground every time he took a step, thanks to his sunken eyes and lack of eyelid shape.

The Bogdanoff twins were well-known in France for their plastic surgery and popular science-fiction show. During the late 1990s, the two brothers began to undergo surgery and implants. They looked completely different as they approached their sixties.

Although they were once known for their good looks, by the time they died, they were barely recognizable. The most noticeable difference, according to some of their fans, is that their cheeks and chins appear stretched in comparison to their early TV appearances.

By 2003, the brothers' lips had plumped up and their chins lengthened. By 2009, their cheeks appeared more prominent and their skin smooth, leading fans to speculate that they used Botox to combat the signs of aging. The Sydney Morning Herald reported in 2010 that the twins' cheekbones were so high and bulbous. They appeared to threaten their owners' vision and their appearance at the Cannes Film Festival caused a worldwide stir. By 2016, the twins were almost unrecognizable from their early days on television.

Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff’s Plastic Surgery Is Talked About to This Day

They were flaunting their voluminous hair, which matched their high cheekbones. They also kept their super smooth appearance. As an experiment, the Bogdanoff twins underwent plastic surgery but the twins insisted changes resulted from their work with unspecified technologies.

The Bogdanoffs, on the other hand, never publicly admitted to having undergone plastic surgery. They claimed it was an experiment. However, they led a refined lifestyle. Aside from questionable quantum physics research, the brothers gained a reputation for extreme plastic surgery.

The extent to which Bogdanoffs went with the surgery captivated the public. They used Cheek implants and lip fillers extensively not once, but twice, in the 1900s and 2000s. These surgeries resulted in a drastic change in their appearance. Some even referred to them as aliens.

In a public statement in 2010, the brothers stated that they were proud to have extraterrestrial faces. Meanwhile, they made their final television appearance in 2020 as the parakeets on The Masked Singer France and they were sadly dead by week two.

After contracting COVID-19, the Bogdanoff twins were admitted to the Georges Pompidou European Hospital in Paris on December 15, 2021, in critical condition. Grichka died on December 28, 2022, and Igor died six days later, on January 3, 2022. They were both 72 years old and unvaccinated. Both twins were laid to rest on January 10, 2022, at the Church of the Madeleine in Paris, France.
